For the first time the Hinchliffe family tell their own story of their enduring relationship with one of Australia's most loved horse racing trainers, Tommy Woodcock, strapper to the legendary Phar Lap .

Shooting Tommy Woodcock's gentle horse handling skills in action as passed down to Wayne Hinchliffe -- stories about the legendary Pharlap -- and a young race horse 'Irish' being handled for the first time.

This part of the shoot was in the magnificent country of the Kiewa Valley in Victoria's high plains -- at David and ChrisTretherson's stunning property Spring Bank.

Having successfully trained several of their horses, Tommy Woodcock spent his last years on the Hinchliffe's property Collina Park near Yarrawonga up on the Murray.
